Jinbang Guo is a research fellow at the Center for Pulmonary Imaging Research at CCHMC. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016 with a PhD in physics. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2010 receiving his Bachelor of Science in applied physics. His current research focuses on applying respiratory-gated gradient echo and ultra-short echo time 1H MRI to characterize murine lung structure and function in different pulmonary disease models. His work also involves measuring lung microstructure via hyperpolarized 3He and 129Xe MRI.
